Yes, It’s summertime, sun is shining and zucchinis are blooming. Not all of them were meant to become a zucchini. Only female flowers produce fruits. All parts of zucchini are absolutely edible. Some people remove pestle from the male flower before eating, I see no reason. Have done that and it does not taste any different, so I just skip that step. It pairs amazingly with a crisp glass of white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. The batter is very light and crispy. I hope you’re gonna enjoy as much as we do!
Crispy, flavor party in your mouth croquettes could be served as an appetizer, snack or as a main dish with some salad on the side. Can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated until ready to cook.
Delicious and show stopper looking recipe. It can be prepared a couple days before cooking and kept refrigerated. You can switch up spices to your favorite one, but I really love Za’atar flavor and it pairs very well with Lebanese tabouleh salad. I made a quick video for you how to make chicken lollipops from chicken drumsticks, but you can use chicken drumettes as well. Hope you’re gonna like it!
This salad was very popular 10-15 years ago and still is in Lithuanian parties. My dear friend Rasele taught me maybe 20 years ago how to make it and Today I would like to share it with you. It requires just a few ingredients, quick chopping, mix and that’s it.
This could be a side dish, snack or a whole meal. Anyway you gonna make it it’s going to be delicious. It’s tasty warm or even room temperature. Let’s get started!

Dirty Vodka Martini with blue cheese stuffed olives is my absolute favorite drink and when I order at a restaurant or make it at home I would always have some extra blue cheese stuffed olives on the side. Dirty Vodka Martini was my inspiration for this salad and it turned out outstanding. Beautiful presentation and you just can’t stop eating and smacking. It’s salty, peppery, cheesy and olive oil smooths everything out. Will be making it all the time! Let me show you how I made it.
Quick, romantic brunch in 15-20 min! How cool is that!? High-fat foods help produce sex hormones, caviar is one of them and known as an aphrodisiac.
This is my new invention to a quick, crispy, flavorful appetizer. Ever shrimp lover w
