Delicious and show stopper looking recipe. It can be prepared a couple days before cooking and kept refrigerated. You can switch up spices to your favorite one, but I really love Za’atar flavor and it pairs very well with Lebanese tabouleh salad. I made a quick video for you how to make chicken lollipops from chicken drumsticks, but you can use chicken drumettes as well. Hope you’re gonna like it!
Za’atar Chicken Lollipops | Mediterranean Flavor
5 tbsp. Olive Oil
5 tbsp. Za’atar
3 tsp. Sea Salt
3 tsp. Garlic Powder
Let’s make it
- Cut the end of the drumstick meat to expose the bone. You can either leave the skin on or cut it off.
- Mix olive oil with spices and rub all the drumsticks covering evenly.
- Cook in the preheated to 375F oven for 45 min.
- Serve with tabouleh salad or other your favorite side dishes.
