This salad was very popular 10-15 years ago and still is in Lithuanian parties. My dear friend Rasele taught me maybe 20 years ago how to make it and Today I would like to share it with you. It requires just a few ingredients, quick chopping, mix and that’s it. Super simple, quick, but I promise it’s very tasty and I hope it will be popular at your gatherings, potlucks or any other occasions. Sometimes we would add a small can of sweet corn. Let’s get started!

Krab and Pineapple Salad

  • 8 Krab Sticks (Imitation crab sticks)

  • 8 Mozzarella Sticks

  • 1 20 oz. can of Pineapple tidbits, drained

  • 3/4 tsp. Garlic salt or Vegeta spice mix (originally we would use Vegeta)

  • 2 heaping tablespoons of your favorite Mayo

Let’s make it

  • Slice Krab and Mozzarella sticks in thin slices, add drained pineapple, spices, mayo. Mix and serve!
  • Enjoy!
