Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Brussel sprouts are always a great option for a side dish.


  • 2 lbs. of small Brussel sprouts, halved

  • 1 tbsp. of lemon pepper

  • 4-6 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil (those babies need to be coated very well)

  • 2-3 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar (Gives great caramelization. That’s where the flavor comes from.)

Let’s make it

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Place on the baking sheet and place it in the oven for 25-30 min (until you see some brown edges. That’s where the flavor is!) moving them around every 10 min or so.
  • Serve and enjoy!
