Sun’s Soup | Pumpkin Soup

This time I am sharing my daughter’s favorite autumn soup recipe. When kids are small and you want them to eat more vegetables, you come up with some fun names so they would like it. I am not sure if it was the name, or she actually liked the soup, but it is her favorite. Now she is a few days before her 19th birthday and she still asks for this soup every year. It freezes very well. Let me show you how I make it.

Dirty Martini Salad

Dirty Vodka Martini with blue cheese stuffed olives is my absolute favorite drink and when I order at a restaurant or make it at home I would always have some extra blue cheese stuffed olives on the side. Dirty Vodka Martini was my inspiration for this salad and it turned out outstanding. Beautiful presentation and you just can’t stop eating and smacking. It’s salty, peppery, cheesy and olive oil smooths everything out. Will be making it all the time! Let me show you how I made it.

Scallop Stuffed Salmon | Date night dinner

This is one of our favorite dishes. Very seafood (not fishy, but shellfish) tasting, slightly sweet aroma from scallops, old bay seasoning, Ritz cracker topping.. mmm.. very very delicious. You have to try it!
I make 3 steaks, so we have leftover for the next day. You can stuff fish and keep it refrigerated up to 24 hours and then bake it. If you do so, dinner could be made in under 30 min.

Bone Marrow Butter | My secret to the best steak

You can thank me later! If you have never tried bone marrow butter, you are missing a whole picture. You can use it with steak, that’s a game changing! You can spread it on bread and serve it with your favorite soup or stew. Top on fried omelet or top pork chops or serve it on your charcuterie board with small French baguette toasts. Possibilities are endless! Let me know where would you use it.
