This beautiful, aromatic, emerald color chive oil can enrich any of your salad, tartar or bruschetta. It takes no time to make it and requires only 3 ingredients.

1 bunch of chives, washed and drained very well
1 bunch of flat leave of parsley, washed and drained very well
1 1/2 cups of flavorless vegetable oil
Let’s make it
- Chop herbs roughly and place it with oil to a food processor or a blender.
- Process until smooth consistency.
- Transfer into a small pot and heat it until it sizzles.
- Pour over a strainer lined with a paper towel or coffee filter and let it strain for 2 hours. Do not press it down, otherwise it’s gonna be cloudy. Don’t ask me how do I know. I learned it in a hard way LOL
