Tips Tuesday: My Favorite Amazon Home Finds
Amazon is a great option to shop during the holiday season. You don’t have to waste time driving, sit in trafic and you can avoid viruses! Make a cup of tea or pour some nice glass of good wine (just one, let’s don’t get into drunk shopping haha) and let’s get shopping! Plus Black Friday Deals are just around the corner. Yay!
Here are my favorite Amazon finds I use around my house and I can highly recomend.
Spiced Pickled Shrimp
This recipe was inspired by the book “Charlston Receipts” from South Carolina. This book has so many intresting, new to me recipes. My sister in-law gifted me this book and I had tried few recipes. This pickled shrimp looked very intriguingly and I decided to share with You.
Honey – Lemon Chicken
This is one of my favorite chefs Jamie Oliver inspired dish. He made pork ribs this way but however I had planned chicken to make that night. So I decided to make chicken that way and it turned out so delicious, like finger licking delicious! He used oregano, I used thyme. I think both would work, so use whatever you got in your fridge.
Christmas Eggnog Bread Pudding

Baked Scallops with Prosciutto and Limoncello Crumbs
My another invention of one of my favorite seafood – scallops. It can be prepared a few hours in advance and kept refrigerated. I made those in baking sea scallop shells, but you can make it in ramekens as well.
