Airfryer Ribs with Sunshine
Let’s make it
- Remove the silver skin from the rib bone side and slice ribs in between each bone. Pat dry very well.
- Using an oil sprayer, spray a little of avocado oil, add garlic, sprinkle all the seasoning and massage well to distribute evenly.
- Preheat an airfryer to 450 F for 5 minutes. Spray a little more of avocado oil (just a few sprits, maybe 3-4) and add ribs to an airfryer and cook shaking or flipping every 3-5 min or so for 17 minutes. Then turn the temperature down to 400 F and continue cooking until it’s done, for ~13 minutes.
