Mushroom popcorn cernels have larger surface area than other varieties which means it will hold more seasoning and won’t crumble in spall pieces.
Dill Pickle Mushroom Popcorn
A few tablespoons of flavorless vegetable oil, like avocado or canola oil
1/2 cup of mushroom popcorn cernels
4 tbsp or more Dill Pickle Seasoning
Let’s make it
- In a large pot with heavy bottom, preheat the oil and add a couple cernels, and wait for them to pop.
- Add the rest of the cernels, cover the pot and shake a little bit. Wait for all cernels to pop.
- Remove from the heat, add seasoning and shake well to distribute evenly.
