Colorful and flavorful side dish is a great addition to a dinner table.
Roasted radishes and baby potatoesCourse: SidesDifficulty: Easy
1 lb. of larger or medium size radishes
2 lb. of baby potatoes, halved
4 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of sea salt
1 tsp. of black pepper
1 tbsp. of garlic powder
Cilantro leaves for serving
Let’s make it
- Preheat the oven to 425 F.
- Place potatoes and radishes on a baking sheet, add olive oil, spices and coat it well.
- Bake for 45 min or until it’s fork tender and got some golden brown color.
- Serve immediately.
