Roasted radishes and baby potatoes

  • 1 lb. of larger or medium size radishes

  • 2 lb. of baby potatoes, halved

  • 4 tbsp. of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. of sea salt

  • 1 tsp. of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp. of garlic powder

  • Cilantro leaves for serving

Let’s make it

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Place potatoes and radishes on a baking sheet, add olive oil, spices and coat it well.
  • Bake for 45 min or until it’s fork tender and got some golden brown color.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!
