Tuna carpaccio

Beautiful starter and star of the table. Very flavorful, impressive but does not require lots of work. Who does not like that?!


  • 4 oz. of tuna steak

  • 2 tbsp. of capers

  • 1 thin slice of red onion

  • 2 tbsp. of thinly grated parmesan

  • Handful of baby lettuce

  • 2 tbsp. of chopped cilantro

  • Champagne or raspberry vinaigrette

Let’s make it

  • Slice tuna very thinly and lay on the large platter. To make it easier to slice, you can put tuna steak in the freezer for 30 min.
  • Lay all the ingredients on the plater, sprinkle champagne or raspberry vinaigrette and serve.
  • I decorated with a pea shoot from my garden.
  • Enjoy!
