This sauce is pure addiction LOL. It’s great with any meat, fish or vegetables. Use as a spread or dip or as a marinate to marinate meat or poultry.

Prep time

5

minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peeled garlic

  • 1 tbsp. of sea salt

  • 3 cups of flavorless vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice

Let’s make it

  • Bring all the ingredients to room temperature.
  • In a food processor blend garlic and salt together to the paste.
  • Gradually, alternating in a thin string add lemon juice and oil. DO NOT rush the process. Just take your time and add very very slowly. You have to get a creamy thick consistency. If it gets too thick, just add a tablespoon or so water.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can keep in the refrigerator in air thigh container for up to 3 weeks.
