Steak Dipping Sauce “The Sauce Is The Boss”Difficulty: Easy
This is absolutely favorite in my family. You can prepare it a day in advance and then reheat it before serving.
And don’t bite your tongue, it’s so good!
1.5 stick or 170 g. of butter
8 cloves of garlic
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. of whole grain Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. of sweet paprika
1-2 tsp. of crushed red chili
2 tbsp. of finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp. of finely chopped chives
1 tbsp. of dried thyme (or 2 tbsp. of fresh)
Smoked salt and black pepper to taste
Let’s make it
- Heat everything together in a small pot on a medium – low heat, until butter is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
