Steak Dipping Sauce “The Sauce Is The Boss”

This is absolutely favorite in my family. You can prepare it a day in advance and then reheat it before serving.
And don’t bite your tongue, it’s so good!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 stick or 170 g. of butter

  • 8 cloves of garlic

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp. of whole grain Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp. of sweet paprika

  • 1-2 tsp. of crushed red chili

  • 2 tbsp. of finely chopped parsley

  • 1 tbsp. of finely chopped chives

  • 1 tbsp. of dried thyme (or 2 tbsp. of fresh)

  • Smoked salt and black pepper to taste

Let’s make it

  • Heat everything together in a small pot on a medium – low heat, until butter is melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!
