Have an idea for this weekend what to cook? Nothing? Let me help you. This is outstanding piece of pork, but you are free to use turkey breast, chicken breast or pork tenderloin instead.
Great hot or cold on sandwiches.

~600 g or 1.3 lb. of pork loin
1.5 tbsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of coriander seeds (whole)
1 tsp. of thyme
1 tbsp. of oregano
1 tbsp. of black pepper
A pinch of crushed chili
1 tbs. of garlic powder or 5 garlic cloves, finely minced
Let’s make it
- Mix all the species together and rub the meat. Wrap it in a plastic and put in the fridge for min 2 hours.
- Smoker method
- Preheat the smoker to 180-250 F and smoke the meat until it reaches 165 F internal temp.
- Oven method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the meat on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, tinny bit of oil and roast until internal temp reaches 165 F.
- After cooking
- Let it rest for at least 15 min before you cut it.
