Chimichurri Sauce

This sauce is a wonderful addition to any grilled, smoked or baked meet or fish.
Very easy to make and takes only a few minutes. Let’s get started. Shell we?


  • 1.5 cups of parsley (preferably flat leaf, Italian)

  • 3-5 cloves of garlic (depending on the size and your garlic likeness) 

  • 1 tbsp. fresh oregano or 1/2 tbsp. of dried

  • 4 tbsp. of red vine vinegar

  • 1 tsp. of sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper

  • A pinch of crushed chili or cayenne pepper or half of fresh chili

  • 70 ml or 1/3 cup of olive oil

Let’s make it

  • You can finely chop everything with knife, you can use a food processor, stand blender or emergency blender. It all depends if you like more coarse, like a paste or even puree. 
  • Serve with any meat or seafood. Great as an appetizer spread as well.
