Spicy Roasted Potatoes

  • 5 medium size golden Yukon potatoes

  • 4 tbsp. of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. of lemon pepper

  • 1 tsp of whole caraway seeds

  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder

  • 1/2-1 tsp. of Togarashi spice mix

  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt

Let’s make it

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Peel potatoes and cut into 8 wedges. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Places wedges on a baking tray. Pour olive oil, sprinkle spices and mix well by hand coating each piece. You can do that in a bowl, but who wants to wash an extra bowl? Not me!
  • Cook in the oven for 20 min, then flip each piece and cook for another 10 min.
  • Serve and enjoy!
