Spicy Roasted PotatoesDifficulty: Easy
5 medium size golden Yukon potatoes
4 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of lemon pepper
1 tsp of whole caraway seeds
1 tsp. of garlic powder
1/2-1 tsp. of Togarashi spice mix
1/2 tsp of sea salt
Let’s make it
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Peel potatoes and cut into 8 wedges. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Places wedges on a baking tray. Pour olive oil, sprinkle spices and mix well by hand coating each piece. You can do that in a bowl, but who wants to wash an extra bowl? Not me!
- Cook in the oven for 20 min, then flip each piece and cook for another 10 min.
- Serve and enjoy!
