Chicken and Mushroom Turnovers

When we travel, I always like to grab some homemade food, place in a cooler and have it rather than stop for a pathetic burger on the road. It takes only 20-30 min to prepare and you can make filling a day before and just fill up puff pastry pockets and shovel in the oven and you are done! These turnovers are great for any day snack, travel, park, school or work lunch or casual parties. Let’s get started!

The Best Grilled Pork Chops | Dinner in under 30 min.

They always come out very juicy and full of flavor. My mouth is watering as I write it LOL… Seriously, they are so good! This recipe has been one of my best grilling recipes for over 20 years. It’s simple, quick and very delicious. What else do you need?! Choose chops at least 9 oz size anda 1 inch high. If you get too thin, it will come out dry. I always buy a whole piece of pork loin and cut it myself. I use mayo in the marinate, but don’t worry, it won’t be greasy, fatty or something like that. Almost all the marinate will melt on the grill making lost of good smoke and you will be left with beautiful and flavorful chop. If you want to make it “Dinner in under 30 min.”, marinate chops in the morning or the night before. You will be left just to throw the chops on the grill and toss the salad.
Let me share with you this delicious recipe.

Succulent Roasted Ham with Sauerkraut | Lithuanian dinner

This pork butt\ham roast, actually it is a pork butt part, but for unknown reasons Americans call shoulder meat butt.. and this part becomes a picnic ham. Hm.. Maybe they can’t figure it out where the head is? Hahaha
Anyway, this is scrumptious delicacy is easy to make, but you know some steps and have to start in the late morning if you want it for dinner. I had 9.5 lbs ham and it took me over 5 hours to make it, plus it needs to rest at least 15-30 min.
