Ingredients

  • 1 lb of pasteurized crab

  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • A few sprigs of fresh thyme

  • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed

Let’s make it

  • Melt butter in a sauce pan, add garlic, thyme, heat for a minute or 2, until fragrant.
  • Add crab, lemon juice, heat it through.
  • Serve in small individual ramekins with your favorite crackers and champagne.
  • Enjoy!
