Buttery crab with crackers and crisp glass of champagne. Perfect date night appetizer.
Buttery CrabCourse: Appetizers
1 lb of pasteurized crab
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 lemon juice
A few sprigs of fresh thyme
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
Let’s make it
- Melt butter in a sauce pan, add garlic, thyme, heat for a minute or 2, until fragrant.
- Add crab, lemon juice, heat it through.
- Serve in small individual ramekins with your favorite crackers and champagne.
