Beautiful starter and star of the table. Very flavorful, impressive but does not require lots of work. Who does not like that?!

Let’s make it
- Slice tuna very thinly and lay on the large platter. To make it easier to slice, you can put tuna steak in the freezer for 30 min.
- Lay all the ingredients on the plater, sprinkle champagne or raspberry vinaigrette and serve.
- I decorated with a pea shoot from my garden.
