Sunny side up egg hearts with chili oil

  • 2-3 eggs per person or up to size of your apatite

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Freshly grated black pepper

  • Sweet Zivile chili oil

Let’s make it

  • Preheat non stick pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil on low heat.
  • Crack the eggs in and leave it for 4-7 min not touching until it’s done to you your likeness.
  • Use a large cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes, trying not to break the yolks.
  • Transfer to the plate, drizzle 1/2-1 tsp. of Sweet Zivile chili oil and serve with some vegetables, like avocado, tomatoes and toast.
