Grilled Bourbon Oysters

Very easy to make! Shhh.. don’t tell him.. haha
Ingredients
A dozen of shucked oyster
1/4 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
3 tbsp. of bourbon
2 tbsp. of honey or brown sugar
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced or 1 tbsp. of chipotle sauce
Let’s make it
- In a food processor place butter, garlic, bourbon, honey or brown sugar and chipotle and blend it well.
- Place around a teaspoon of the mixture on each shucked oyster.
- Preheat grill to 400-450 F and grill it just until butter starts to bubble and caramelizes a tiny bit. It will take only around 2 min.
- Serve it immediately.
Notes
- You can make it in the oven. Just place it under the broiler for 2-3 min.
- I use salt in the tray so oysters stay stable and sauce stays in oysters.
