Dukkah seasoning is one of my favorite blends. It gives nuttiness, freshness, great aroma and some crunch. Dukkah roasted rainbow carrot is a wonderful addition to any dish and great decoration to the table.
Dukkah Rainbow CarrotsCourse: SidesDifficulty: Easy
2 lbs. of organic rainbow carrots
4 tbsp. of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. of Dukkah seasoning
Let’s make it
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Trim the carrots if they are bigger and cut it in to even sticks or leave it whole if you use it a small ones and place it on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt and Dukkah spices.
- Roast it in the oven for 35-45 min or until it’s fork tender but still has some crunch to it, not mushy.
- Serve it and enjoy!
