I use brioche bread instead of white bread because it gives extra flavor from butter. After you toast it, smells so good already! Dill, radish, baby arugula, baby kale micro greens, and herb roasted turkey give unique peppery flavor.

2 slices of brioche bread
2 tbsp. of dill cheese spread or mayo or yogurt mixed with some fresh dill and lemon juice
1/2 tomato
1 radish
Baby arugula
Baby kale micro greens
1 medallion of grilled turkey breast , sliced, warm
Let’s make it
- Spread the cheese spread on both brioche slices.
- Place turkey breast slices, tomatoes, radish, baby arugula and micro greens.
- Cover with another brioche slice and serve.
- Enjoy!
