Scrumptious Smoked Oyster DipDifficulty: Easy
You can serve it as a snack with crackers, bread sticks or toasted bread. Also it is great for a weekend brunch to offer with croissants or bagels.
2 cans (3 oz. each) of smoked oysters, drained
8 oz. of cream cheese or mascarpone, room temperature
1/2 tsp. or to taste fine sea salt
1/2 tsp. of freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup of mayo
1/2 tsp. of smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper
1 lemon zest and juice
1/4 of small onion, very finely chopped. Or you can use 3-4 springs of green onion, finely sliced.
Let’s make it
- Mix all the ingredient together and serve.
