Scrumptious Smoked Oyster Dip

You can serve it as a snack with crackers, bread sticks or toasted bread. Also it is great for a weekend brunch to offer with croissants or bagels.


  • 2 cans (3 oz. each) of smoked oysters, drained

  • 8 oz. of cream cheese or mascarpone, room temperature

  • 1/2 tsp. or to taste fine sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp. of freshly cracked black pepper

  • 1/2 cup of mayo

  • 1/2 tsp. of smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper

  • 1 lemon zest and juice

  • 1/4 of small onion, very finely chopped. Or you can use 3-4 springs of green onion, finely sliced.

Let’s make it

  • Mix all the ingredient together and serve.
  • Enjoy!
