If you like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, this is absolutely for you! Since I shared my “Sweet Zivile” Habanero Pepper Jelly with our friend Michael to try, he was putting it literally on anything, grilled chicken etc., even on ice cream! I know, sounds crazy, I didn’t try this variation yet, but I will. I tried the sandwich and I can say it’s really interesting! I love it! Here is the recipe of Michael’s version of peanut butter sandwich:

minutesIngredients
2 slices of your favorite sandwich bread
2 tbsp. of smooth peanut butter
2 tsp. of “Sweet Zivile” Habanero Pepper Jelly
4 slices of bacon
Let’s make it
- Preheat the oven to 375 F and place bacon on a parchment paper lined (for easier clean up) baking sheet for 15-20 min or until it’s done to your likeness. Other option, you can cook bacon on the pan or in a microwave, whatever you prefer.
- Remove the bacon from the baking tray on a paper towels to absorb the access of fat.
- Toast bread in a toaster to your likeness.
- Spread 1 tbsp. of peanut butter on each toast, add 1 tsp. of “Sweet Zivile” Habanero Pepper Jelly and top with 2 slices of bacon.
- Serve and enjoy!
