Ingredients

  • 24 phyllo cups

  • 4 oz. Goat cheese, I used Pumpkin spiced from Trader Joe’s

  • 1/3 cups of Pomegranate seeds

Let’s make it

  • Fill the cups with goat cheese and lace it in the oven for 5-7 min, just until cheese becomes soft and warm.
  • Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on the top and serve.
  • Enjoy!
