Grilled Lamb Loin Chops

This is Mediterranean cuisine inspired lamb dish. Quick and easy weeknight or weekend grilled dinner. You can make it in under 1 hour. You can cook on any grill, but common, charcoal is the boss of the grilled food flavor. We use grill chimneys to make it quicker.

Grilled Lamb Loin Chops

  • 3 lbs. of lamb loin chops

  • 3 tsp. or to taste sea salt

  • 1 large onion, grated or chopped finely in a food processor

  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. of black pepper

  • 3 tbsp. of whole mustard seeds

  • 2 tbsp. of dried mint

  • 2 tbsp. of garlic powder

Let’s make it

  • Preheat the charcoal grill till very hot, when at the grilling level you can keep your hand no longer than 2-3 sec.
  • Mix all the marinate ingredients together, place chops in it, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 min, but no longer than over night.
  • Grill chops on ve4ry hot grill to get a good sear and until internal temperature reaches 140-145 F.
  • Serve with your favorite side dish and chimichurri sauce.
  • Enjoy!
