Very refreshing and hydrating drink. Usualy I would make it hot summer days and drink it as my munch. Almost no calories, some protein, good amount of salt (for electrolytes and keep your body hydrated) and it requires only few ingredients.
Savory Non-Alcoholic Yogurt – Mint Drink

3 cups of cold filtered water
2 cups of ice cubes
2 cups low fat yogurt or any other unflavored yogurt you have on hand or desire
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 lemon juice
1 tsp dried mint

- Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve it as is or over ice.
