Caramelized pearl onions.. nom nomCourse: Main dishes, Side dishes
It’s a great side dish.
350-400 g or 12-14 oz. of frozen pearl onions
1 tsp of sea salt
115 g or 1 stick of butter
2 tbsp. of sugar
1 tsp. of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of mushroom umami seasoning
Let’s make it
- Cook everything together in a pan until nice brown color develops, around 10 min.
- Serve and enjoy!
