Back in a days, we used to call it a “Ministry Chicken”. Why? Because luxury like mayo was not available to everyone and no one was making it at home (not sure why) ????♀️???????? (Soviet Union, 80’s)
It’s very juicy and garlicky. My entire family loves it❤
Let’s begin..
Ingredients
1200 g or 2.6 lb. of chicken breast or tenders cut in small cubes
6 tbsp. of mayo
3 tbsp. starch (corn or potato, either works just fine)
3 eggs
3 cloves of garlic, crushed or grated
Salt and pepper to taste or if you want to get a real taste of Soviet Union, use a teaspoon of Vegeta mix.
