Planning a date night at home? Great! Here is an idea for appetizer:
This is very delicious appetizer which our family loves. It’s very quick and easy dish. You can chop all the ingredients a few hours in advance and you will be left just to mix everything together.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed sushi grade tuna (below is the info how to make a sushi grade fish at home)

  • 1/2 cups of sliced green onions

  • 3 tbsp. sesame oil

  • 4 tbsp. of soy sauce

  • 2-3 tbsp. sriracha sauce (depends how spicy you like)

  • 1/2 lime juice and zest

  • 1 tbsp. of roasted sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp. of garlic, very finely minced (I do not recommend pressed or grated garlic for this dish, because it will add more creaminess and will effect the flavor)

  • 2 tbsp. of fresh ginger, very finely minced

  • 2 avocados, cubed

Let’s make it

  • Mix all the ingredients together, top with 2 cubed avocados and serve with deep fried wonton wrappers, which you can fry a few hours in advance.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

    -31ºF (-35ºC) or below for 15 hours.
Freeze until solid at -31ºF (-35ºC) or below, then store at -4ºF (-20ºC) or below for 24 hours.

DO NOT EAT FRESH, RAW, NOT SUSHI GRADE SALMON!
